Privacy Policy

WiseSam ("we", "our", "us") operates the WiseSam platform, which provides AI assistant services accessible via messaging applications. Our contact email is privacy@wisesam.app.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Username and display name
• Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your card number)

When you use your assistant, we may process:

• Message content sent to your assistant, solely to generate responses
• Metadata such as timestamps and message counts for billing and rate limiting

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provision and operate your AI assistant
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account activation, receipts)
• Provide customer support

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your account data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the United States. Message content is processed in memory and is not stored long-term. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 90 days following deletion.

We share data with the following sub-processors:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Firebase — authentication and database
• AgentMail — transactional email delivery
• Telegram — messaging channel (subject to Telegram's own privacy policy)
• WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging channel (subject to Meta's Business API terms)
• Apple iMessage — messaging channel (subject to Apple's terms of service)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@wisesam.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Our platform uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The public landing page does not set any cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
