Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the WiseSam platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WiseSam provides AI assistant services that integrate with messaging platforms such as Telegram. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must provide accurate information during signup.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure events, or third-party outages (Telegram, Stripe, etc.) may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

The WiseSam platform, branding, and software are our intellectual property. Content you generate using the assistant remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseSam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
